编者按

乘坐的列车正驶往另一块国土，窗外一片祥和，平静得有些不真实。不经意撞上对面女孩的目光，想要倾诉的欲望涌上心头。只可惜故事太长，这一路，怕是说不完了。

来自阿拉伯世界的诗人阿德南·阿拉·萨耶赫（ADNAN AL-SAYEGH），在41岁的时候与家人踏上了前往欧洲大地的火车。当下和平欢乐的氛围与他在祖国所经历的残酷战争和黑暗的政治大相径庭，更让这位背负着沉重的历史与痛苦流亡历程的诗人，陷入了对家乡的无尽回忆中。趁着思绪泛滥，这段经历也被他记录下来，化作了一首诗——《流亡之路》（Passage To Exile）。

在今天的诗歌分享会上，阿德南·阿拉·萨耶赫（ADNAN AL-SAYEGH）将为我们朗诵这首诗歌的阿拉伯原文，英文翻译版将由英国知名女诗人露西·汉密尔顿（Lucy Hamilton）朗诵，中文版由中国青年诗人赵俊朗诵。

The train’s wails awaken the tunnels’ sadness 

storming along rails of long-lived memories 

and I am nailed to the window with half of my heart 

and the other half left behind on the table 

playing poker with a young woman, her thighs half-covered 

& she asks me with pain & shock 

why my fingers are so lacerated

like the wood of over-used coffins & so 

nervous they’re afraid of holding onto anything 

so I tell her about my homeland and the banners and colonisation and the glories of the nation 

& first times of sex in latrines 

then she leans – her wet hair – over my tears without understanding 

and in the other corner Mozart is scattering his harmonies across moorlands 

                                                   wrapped in snows … 

and my homeland is sadder than it should be 

and my songs are defiant, wild & diffident 

I will lay myself down on the first pavement I see in Europe 

and hike my legs up to passers-by so they 

will see the wheals of school beatings & detention camps 

                                   which made me come here 

What I carry in my pockets is not a passport but a history of oppression 

where for fifty years we’ve kept ruminating on fodder and speeches … 

                       …. and hand-rolled fags 

where we stand before the gallows 

watching our corpses gesticulating at us 

and we applaud our rulers 

…. from fear of the dossiers on our families in the police vaults 

where the homeland begins & the homeland ends 

            … with the speeches of the president 

And between all this the president’s streets & the president’s songs & the president’s museums 

& the president’s bounteousness & the president’s trees & the president’s fac-tories

& the president’s newspapers & the president’s stables & the president’s clouds & the president’s army camps & the president’s statues & the president’s bakeries & the president’s medals

& the president’s mistresses & the president’s schools & the president’s farms & the president’s weather & the president’s orders & … 

She will look at me for a long time 

at my eyes wet with rains & saliva 

then she will ask: what country have you come from …

流亡之路

列车的呼啸唤醒隧道的悲恸

在绵延的记忆轨道上横冲直撞

我的半颗心关注着窗外

另外半颗心停留在桌上

和一位半露大腿的年轻女子打着扑克牌 

她带着痛苦与惊讶问我

我的手指为何破损如斯

好似过度使用的棺材木头

是如此的紧张，害怕再也拿不住任何东西

我便跟她谈起了我的祖国、旗帜、殖民统治 及其荣光

还有洗手间里的初次性经验 

然后她俯身 -- 湿漉着头发 -- 在我的眼泪之上，但不能了解我所说的过往

另个角落响起莫扎特的乐曲，飘荡在覆于冰雪之中 

                                                   的荒野上…

我的祖国比它应有的悲伤更加悲伤

我的歌叛逆、狂放而羞怯

我会躺在我于欧洲见到的第一条人行道上

双腿走向行人，让他们

看到校园暴力与在拘留营所留下的伤痕 

                                     是使我来到此地的原因

我口袋里揣着的不是护照，而是一段压迫史

在这期间，五十年来，我们一直回味反省着我们所吞下的信息与做过的演说… 

                         …以及手卷纸烟

在这期间，我们站在绞刑台前

看着我们的尸体朝着我们挥手 

我们为统治者喝采

…由于害怕他们把家人的信息登记在案 

在这期间，祖国的开始与结束 

           …由总统的演说决定

在那些总统的街道、总统的歌、总统的博物馆、总统

的慷慨、总统的树、总统的工厂、总统的报纸、总统

的马厩、总统的云朵、 总统的军营、总统的雕像、总

统的面包店、总统的奖牌、总统的情人、总统的学校、 

总统的农场、总统的天气、总统的命令…

她将看着我良久

看着我雨泪混湿的眼

接着她将会问：你来自哪个国家…

诗歌作者

阿德南·阿拉·萨耶赫（Adnan Al-Sayegh），出生于伊拉克库法，是他那一代诗人中极具原创精神的一位。他通过诗歌谴责战争造成的破坏和黑暗政治的恐怖。阿德南已出版十一本诗集，其中包括550页的《乌鲁克圣歌》。他于1993年离开家乡，先后搬到安曼和贝鲁特，1996年前往瑞典避难。2004以来，阿德南住在伦敦。

他曾获得多个国际奖项，包括赫尔曼·哈默特国际诗歌奖（纽约，1996年）、鹿特丹国际诗歌奖（1997年）以及瑞典作家协会奖（2005年）。此外，阿德南还曾受邀到世界各地的诗歌节诵读自己的诗作。

朗诵者 英文

露西·汉密尔顿（Lucy Hamilton），诗人、文学编辑与写作导师。2008年至2018年参与主编《长诗杂志》（Long Poem Magazine）。她在诗歌学校和剑桥大学开展关于诗歌的讲座，同时也是一名诗歌创作导师。目前是康河出版社的资深文学编辑，因工作关系曾多次到访中国。

露西共出版三部作品集，2012年由Shearsman出版社出版的《跟踪者》（Stalker）入围英国前进诗歌奖最佳诗集奖。露西·汉密尔顿从自己的中国之行和阅读Alfred Huang译著英文版《易经》得到灵感，创作了一些诗歌，这些作品已于近期发表。作品《信使》（Messengers）被评为《阿耳忒弥斯》（Artemis）杂志2020年度一等奖。

露西是剑桥康河出版社的老朋友与资深同事，曾多年参与主持徐志摩诗歌艺术节，任诗歌艺术节理事会理事。

Lucy Hamilton taught English to Chinese students for seven years at Ashford School, Kent. She co-edited Long Poem Magazine from 2008 to 2018, has taught poetry workshops for The Poetry School and Cambridge University, and is a poetry mentor. She works freelance for Cam Rivers Publishing and has enjoyed several work-related visits to China. Lucy has published three collections including Stalker (Shearsman, 2012), shortlisted for the Forward Prize for Best First Collection. She has recently published poems which draw upon her experiences in China and on Alfred Huang’s translation of the I Ching. ‘Messengers’ won First Prize in the 2020 Artemis competition.

赵俊，当代诗人。上世纪八十年代出生于江南第一名山——莫干山，毕业于浙江传媒学院，现居深圳。任上海雅众文化诗歌编辑。1995年开始诗歌创作。曾在中国国内各大刊物等刊物重点栏目发表长诗、组诗及诗歌随笔。出版诗集《莫干少年，在南方》。
