编者按
在经历了反反复复的解封和封锁之后，被网友戏称为“开封府”的英国几乎要归于“平静”了。在这里生活的人们不再惊恐和焦躁，开始与现状达成一致。长时间的居家，远距离的社交，也不算太坏。只是，不亮灯的牛津街，没有年味的中国城，被消毒水味道取代的咖啡店······冰冷，快把这里吞没了。
于是，有人来到人烟稀少的乡野，躲进芦苇荡，与野鸭嬉戏，同禽鸟高歌，试图通过与大自然的结盟，逃离孤独和黑暗的支配。
今天，让我们跟随英国女诗人塞尼·塞纳维拉特纳（Seni Seneviratne），一起看看《封城下的雷顿莫斯》（Lockdown at Leighton Moss），听听被限制了自由的人们的心声。诗歌的中文版，将由中国著名诗人李少君先生朗诵。

One day later, there’d have been no young woman
with purple hair greeting us in the visitor centre,
telling us how the booming bitterns could be heard
somewhere along the lower trail past Lilian’s Hide.
In the café, the smell of sanitizer is a warning sign
of another visitor. Nervous at the sight of a man
touching his face, while he stacks the coffee cups
we escape outdoors to walk between the reed beds,
basking in the wide open of it all, as everything else
is closing down. Then, out of the expanse we hear
the low moan of a bittern’s call. It echoes from
untraceable directions, lands in the pivot of my pelvis,
my centre of gravity, a grounding place in the shifting
uncertainties. Soon enough this place will be off-limits.
But today, lost in the thrill of the bittern’s mating song,
I raise my binoculars and watch a marsh harrier soar.

一天后
已不见游客中心的紫发女子
她曾热情与我们分享
丽莲草丛深处的热闹麻鸦
弥漫着消毒水味的咖啡厅里
另一位客人到访
他一手摸着脸，一手在整理咖啡杯
于是我们匆忙逃离，来到芦苇地
沉浸在广阔野外
周围一切仿若静止
远处传来麻鸭低吟
莫名荡起心中暖意
阵阵暖意轻触身体中心
那是不安中的一丝宁静之地
这片野地即将成为禁区
此刻，陶醉在麻鸭的求偶歌声中
只见望远镜中白腹鹞展翅飞向高空

塞尼·塞纳维拉特纳（Seni Seneviratne），出生成长于英国利兹市，英国和斯里兰卡混血。 主要出版作品包括：由皮帕尔树出版社（Peepal Tree Press）出版的《野生肉桂与冬日皮》（Wild Cinnamon and Winter Skin. 2007）、《它的心》（The Heart of It. 2012）、《无名士兵》（Unknown Soldier. 2019）等。诗作《铸铅行动》（Operation Cast Lead）入围2010年阿尔文国际诗歌大赛（Arvon International Poetry Competition）。
“英国诗歌多样化与质量完整作品”项目成员，曾与多名制片人、视觉艺术家、音乐家、数字艺术家合作。塞尼·塞纳维拉特纳是“重释英国庄园——殖民时期的乡村”项目十名特约作家之一。目前居住在英国德比郡。
Seni Seneviratne, born and raised in Leeds, is of English and Sri Lankan heritage. Published by Peepal Tree Press - Wild Cinnamon and Winter Skin (2007), The Heart of It (2012), Unknown Soldier (2019). Her poem ‘Operation Cast Lead’ was shortlisted in the Arvon International Poetry Competition (2010). She is a fellow of the Complete Works programme for diversity and quality in British Poetry and has collaborated with film-makers, visual artists, musicians and digital artists. She is currently one of ten commissioned writers on the Colonial Countryside Project: National Trust Houses Reinterpreted. She lives in Derbyshire and works as a freelance writer.

李少君, 湖南湘乡人， 毕业于武汉大学新闻系， 曾任《天涯》杂志主编，现为《诗刊》主编， 海南省文联副主席，主要著作有《自然集》《草根集》《蓝吧》等, 被誉为“自然诗人”。
